A powerful share, I simply given this onto a colleague who was doing a little analysis on this. And he in fact purchased me breakfast as a result of I found it for him.. smile. So let me reword that: Thnx for the deal with! However yeah Thnkx for spending the time to debate this, I really feel strongly about it and love reading more on this topic. If potential, as you grow to be expertise, would you thoughts updating your weblog with more particulars? It is highly helpful for me. Large thumb up for this weblog submit!

I like the idea of a zero sprint. I talked with one team that just started agile and they did not have any demonstrable code for their first few sprints. It could be argued that this might be understandable for their first few sprints; but, it was probably hard to explain to upper management. I think that if they had had a zero sprint to flush things out, learn what does and does not work in an agile environment, and how to work as a team, that they would have done much better once they got started on the project.
