Sprint Planning Meeting

In Scrum, every iteration begins with a sprint planning meeting. At this meeting, the Product Owner and the team negotiate which stories a team will tackle that sprint. This meeting is a time-boxed conversation between the Product Owner and the team.

Scrum Training

If you’re interested in learning more about Scrum, I’d urge you to take a Certified Scrum Master course. These courses are always taught by Certified Scrum Trainers and emphasize practical skills through lively interactive exercises and case studies from their extensive experience. Courses designed for Product Owners are also offered, and trainers will usually travel to your company's location (even internationally) if you want to train a group of people.
